6th Grade Girls and Boys Cross Country Running Clinic

2026-2027 6 th grade boys and girls who are interested in learning about the
sport of cross country running will have a chance to develop skills involved in
the sport of running and be part of a team through participating in drills,
stretching, strength, and endurance.

SITE: Monticello High School Track area
PRACTICE TIMES: 8:00-9:15 a.m. (August 17, 19, 21)
3:15-4:30 p.m. (August 24, 26)
3:15-4:30 p.m. (August 31, September 2, 4)
3:15-4:30 p.m. (September 8, 10, 11)

OPTIONAL 6th GRADE TIME TRIALS
1. Friday, August 28th : 9:00 a.m. @ Bertram Park, Monticello (by soccer
fields)
2. Saturday, September 12th : 9:15 a.m. @ Bertram Park, Monticello, by
YMCA pool

COST OF CLINIC: $50
