Whether you’re gearing up for a fall sport or just want to feel powerful and athletic, this program delivers results in a fun, motivating environment. (Grades based on 2026-2027 school year) Athletes:You’ll lift, sprint, jump, and compete in workouts that feel challenging and exciting. We focus on building real athletic skills like speed, explosiveness, balance, and strength that carry over to every sport. Expect hard work, team energy, and improvement. Parents:Monti Strength & Speed emphasizes proper technique, age-appropriate programming, and injury-prevention while pushing athletes to grow safely and confidently. Sessions are coached, structured, and progressive: helping students learn how to train correctly while developing discipline, work ethic, and self-confidence. What to Expect: Strength training in the weight room Speed, agility, and conditioning on grass and turf or court Instruction on lifting mechanics and movement fundamentals Programming tailored to grade level and experience A positive, challenging environment that builds leaders and competitors Athletes will train indoors and outdoors, so a pair of cleats in a backpack are recommended. Monticello Swim ClubRecreationIf your swimmer has a love for water and wants to explore competitive swimming this Summer, please check out our program! The Monticello Swim Club is a competitive swimming organization offering the opportunity to compete in meets, receive qualityinstruction with focus on building endurance and improving technique for all competitive strokes. We offer a fun, positive, and encouraging environment for all our athletes to be part of. Swimming is a great sport for building coordination, conditioning, and confidence. Our summer season will begin on June 9th and run through July 30th. The academy prioritizes foundational athletic and sport-specific skill development, movement, and teamwork, delivering them through fun, structured activities. Each week, athletes will experience a different set of sports, helping them build confidence and develop a lasting appreciation for physical activity in a low-pressure setting. This academy builds on our dynamic program and provides opportunities for professional-level sports specific athletic training, in-depth mindset and leadership development, and stimulating enrichment activities.
