This program is available for children ages 4, 5 and 6 is designed as a precursor to regular Tae Kwon Do classes. The classes are 30 minutes long. The child is taught material to help build a foundation for Tae Kwon Do training, while improving motor skills, memory, discipline, confidence and more. The material is presented in fun and exciting formats to keep the child interested and excited while teaching them important physical and behavioral skills to develop good habits early in life. Monticello girls flag football is back for a second season, and registration is officially open for grades 7–12! The Minnesota Vikings have selected several teams across the entire state to sponsor—and Monticello is proudly one of them. Energy is building nationwide as the NFL pushes toward the 2028 Olympics, where Women’s Flag Football will debut as an official Olympic sport. This is the moment to jump in! The season is built for multi‑sport athletes, making it easy to play flag football alongside another spring sport.
