Want to know how to keep your sourdough starter alive and start making delicious discard recipes? In this class you will receive an active starter and make delicious sourdough discard recipes in our 2 hour class. You will be paired up with 1 or 2 people and each group will make a different recipe. Whwm completed, we will then enjoy each other's treats. We will discuss the do's and don'ts of sourdough and recipes for all the goodies we make. Instructor: Karla Ranucci I was born and raised in Monticello. I have 2 adult children. My husband is from New Jersey and we lived there for 17 years.My husband is 100% Italian so with his Italian family, it was always about the food, especially pasta and bread! My mother in-law inspired me to try to figure out this bread thing! I named my micro bakery after my mother in-law, Mima's bread and goodies! I've been teaching bread making classes for over a year and enjoy sharing my passion with others!

This camp is designed to give tennis players a chance to develop their tennis skills. Stations will be set up to work on various skills such as serving, volleying, ground strokes, overheads, etc. Some games will be played. Coaches will be available to help with questions about your game. Lessons are given at Monticello High School Tennis Courts. T-shirt included in registration.

Middle School Boys Soccer- (Grades 7-8 only) Join us for another season of Middle School Soccer. Practices will be on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays on none-gamedays from 3pm-4:30pm at Monticello Middle School. Dive into the world of bubbles by creating a giant bubble you can stand in. In addition, you will be able to create art painting with bubbles.` This is a drop-off class for children 3-5 years old, who need to be fully potty trained.
