PRICING: We are using a sliding scale model for program fees so our summer aquatics programs can be financially sustainable and more equitable. Families are asked to pick the price that they are able to pay. By more clearly articulating our lower cost options, we have removed the barrier that some may have felt in making scholarship requests. ECFE’s backyard classroom will assist in fostering a love for nature through sensory experiences, exploration, and play. Parents will be able to share their parenting joys and concerns with staff during class, as well as receive parent resources. Please always come prepared to play outside in your outdoor gear, however we will be mindful of weather conditions and notify you as needed if we decide to play indoors. You will learn how to make your own sourdough bread, how to do the stretch-N-folds, shape and score the bread. You will get a couple recipes and your own starter so you can start making your own bread! Please bring: a medium size bowl and a wooden spoon.
