Beginners Sourdough Discard Goodies and Recipes
Want to know how to keep your sourdough starter alive and start making delicious discard recipes? In this class you will receive an active starter and make delicious sourdough discard recipes in our 2 hour class.
You will be paired up with 1 or 2 people and each group will make a different recipe. Whwm completed, we will then enjoy each other's treats. We will discuss the do's and don'ts of sourdough and recipes for all the goodies we make.

I was born and raised in Monticello. I have 2 adult children. My husband is from New Jersey and we lived there for 17 years.
My husband is 100% Italian so with his Italian family, it was always about the food, especially pasta and bread! My mother in-law inspired me to try to figure out this bread thing! I named my micro bakery after my mother in-law, Mima's bread and goodies! I've been teaching bread making classes for over a year and enjoy sharing my passion with others!
