STOP MOTION MOVIES - Gr. 2-8

Have you ever heard of STOP MOTION MOVIES??? Get your creative juices flowing by making one of your own! You will create individual scenes and small movements.... and by taking ONE picture at a time of each movement, then stringing them all together, it will make a short movie. If this sounds like fun... then WOW do we have the class for you!!! You will learn the basics and have time to create and produce your own stop motion movies. Stop Motion Animation is a technique used to bring still objects to life on a screen. Remember, this is all done by moving an object in small increments while capturing one movement in each frame at a time. When all the frames are played in sequence, it shows movement and makes a super cool movie! If you have taken this class in the past, feel free to come again and take your videos to the next level!
